These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Romania, including the Civil Code (Codul Civil), Legea nr. 365/2002 privind comerțul electronic, and applicable EU regulations.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably or through ADR shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania.

If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you also retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
